His 3-D renderings made it super easy to visualize exactly what the organizers would look like and he made great suggestions to maximize the allotted space. His attention to detail is evident not only in his quality craftsmanship (the organizers are absolutely BEAUTIFUL), but also by the meticulously packaging. Chris is a responsive Etsy seller. He noted our questions regarding our knives, and possible future knife purchases. The organizer we purchased from him with the built in knife holder is perfect and fits the drawer perfectly. I was nervous, as we had a Wustof drawer knife holder that I was happy with, but wanted something that incorporated the knives and utensils. Chris's design delivered on all fronts with a beautiful design using maple wood, which looks fantastic. We would not hesitate to use Chris again in the future.

Chris did an awesome job designing and crafting this piece! It fits my shallow-depth and wide drawer perfectly and is the most efficient use of the space to hold my silverware and serving utensils. The seller actually exceeded his ETA by a whole week, and had great communication with us every step of the way. When we advised of conflicting travel, he graciously held our shipment to ensure we'd be home to receive it. Upon arrival, we were impressed by careful wrapping and air cushioning around the insert; it arrived in flawless condition and is now serving its intended purpose in our kitchen.
