His 3-D renderings made it super easy to visualize exactly what the organizers would look like and he made great suggestions to maximize the allotted space. His attention to detail is evident not only in his quality craftsmanship (the organizers are absolutely BEAUTIFUL), but also by the meticulously packaging. We had several questions for Chris, and he was great at answering ALL of them before we placed our order. In total, we ordered three custom organizers for our kitchen, and they are all fantastic. They were all wrapped and shipped beautifully. No notes! High quality products done well by a great craftsman!
Chris is a responsive Etsy seller. He noted our questions regarding our knives, and possible future knife purchases. The organizer we purchased from him with the built in knife holder is perfect and fits the drawer perfectly. I was nervous, as we had a Wustof drawer knife holder that I was happy with, but wanted something that incorporated the knives and utensils. Chris's design delivered on all fronts with a beautiful design using maple wood, which looks fantastic. We would not hesitate to use Chris again in the future.
