Chris did an awesome job designing and crafting this piece! It fits my shallow-depth and wide drawer perfectly and is the most efficient use of the space to hold my silverware and serving utensils. The seller actually exceeded his ETA by a whole week, and had great communication with us every step of the way. When we advised of conflicting travel, he graciously held our shipment to ensure we'd be home to receive it. Upon arrival, we were impressed by careful wrapping and air cushioning around the insert; it arrived in flawless condition and is now serving its intended purpose in our kitchen. Very happy with this order from start to finish and highly recommend!
